The Alzheimer's Family Support Group is to provide emotional support, caregiver's concerns, education and information to family members, caregivers and friends of those suffering from Alzheimer's disease/Dementia and related disorders. We are a non-profit organization.  Meetings are presently being held every third Wednesday in the month (unless otherwise stated) at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church hall, Church Street Hamilton 5.30pm - 6.30pm.
