Mirrors creates opportunities for young people to transform their lives through personal development training and coaching services. We foster behavioral changes that promote personal responsibility, healthy relationships and positive contributions to society.
The Mirrors Programme was established in 2007 as the Bermuda Government's response to the antisocial behaviour and at risk youth known to the helping professions in the community. To date, the organization has serviced 1700 young adults and over 2000 adults and is one of Bermuda's premier organizations for impacting youth through personal transformation.
The Mirrors Programme aims to increase human capital at the societal level by providing quality transformational personal development training for youth and adults. The objectives are:
To increase positive life outcomes for youth in education, employment and criminal justice
To improve relationships between youth and adults
To improve self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth
To demonstrate entry level competency in personal development
To develop enhanced skills and a positive attitude towards the future
To improve skills in youth development issues
